EOIR postpones non-detained cases in some courts through February 5, 2021

The Executive Office for Immigration Review has extended the date for non-detained cases which are postponed if the court does not have a published date. Some courts have already resumed non-detained cases and this date will not apply. As with prior notices, this one is several weeks in advance of the hearings which will be postponed.

The office notice reads:

As previously announced, certain immigration courts have resumed non-detained hearings. Hearings in non-detained cases at courts without an announced date are postponed through, and including, February 5, 2021.
